The fruit quality in this beautifully aged 10+ year old Cabernet Sauvignon is showing tremendous, it is elegance in a glass with black raspberry, plum and cassis woven together.  The alluring French oak has integrated so thoughtfully over its cellaring acting like a seasoning that brings out the other flavors and aromas of milk chocolate, violets sage, and subtle hints of tobacco leaf that lend a savory side to the palate that is simply delicious.

There is a great purity and depth to this wine that reveals itself impeccably and continues to evolve over entire breadth of the tasting experience, We feel this wine is in an absolute great place now to show off all that is our estate but it still shows potential for further aging, depending on the drinker’s preference
