Concentrated with dark fruit aromas of violets, ripe blueberries, baked pastry and perfumed black fruits followed big rich flavors of blueberry jam, molten chocolate cake and espresso. A big and mighty Malbec in every way. The palate is both huge and shows great finesse at once, with plush textures and ripe soft tannins.  Trust us when we say, please decant this wine for one hour and resist temptation until then because it is a completely different wine once it unfolds and showcases all of its layers. Try pairing it with a nicely grilled dry aged New York strip topped with blue cheese…we did and it was magic.
