A dark core of fruit wrapped around aromas of chocolate covered cherries, tobacco, lavender, mocha and black licorice.  Bold and rich with flavors of currant, plum, mineral, anise and sage — many of which are still in their youthful primary stage.  The tannins are firm with structure built for the long haul. This wine will continue to age gracefully for the next 10 years.
