The amazing Sun Chase Vineyard is located where the Petaluma Wind Gap meets the Sonoma Mountains. This 40-acre, sustainably-farmed site is perched at 1,200 to 1,400 feet elevation on a southwestern-facing hillside above the fog line. The 2019 Pinot Noir fruit wows us yet again, with perfumed violet and rose scents, followed by dark strawberries, pomegranate, orange peel, baking spices, and cocoa dust. The palate is medium-bodied with bright, integrated acidity and mouthwatering purity and freshness.
