Our 2019 Privado opens with a bouquet of black cherry, cedarwood, cacao violets, and hints of lilac. It is supple, elegant and seamless on the palate, with a core of dense black fruits, licorice, plums, and exotic spices. The fine-grained tannins provide a nice velvety texture that leads to a long and silky ribbon-like finish.  Decant this wine for at least one hour to allow for its beautiful aromas and flavors to flourish.
