Our 2021 Privado opens with glorious and fragrant notes of red currants, baked strawberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, mint and dried rose petals. The palate is pure and bright, highlighting vanilla, cherry cola, black licorice and dark dense plum flavors with high-toned minerality, juicy acidity and fined-grained soft tannins that round out a long, elegant finish.
