2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is rich and full-bodied on the palate, showing lovely aromas of ripe raspberry, cassis, espresso bean, tobacco leaf, cigar box, black licorice, cedar, cumin, and fennel.  As it opens up in the glass, we are met with inviting flavors of dark blueberries and cherries, along with beautiful cinnamon spice and sweet cocoa mix.  A wine with incredible depth and density, along with power and concentration that is balanced with freshness across the finish.

2019 Cabernet Sauvignon
A hypnotic bouquet of blackberry cobbler, vanilla, dark chocolate, cinnamon spice, and hints of black licorice fill the glass.  The palate is rich and luxuriant with mixed ripe black fruits and barrel spice complimented by rounded lush tannins and a long lingering finish that pleasantly lingers. A complex, full and rich Cabernet that shows incredibly well in its youth, but will also continue to age gracefully and add complexity over the coming years.

2020 Cabernet Sauvignon
Beautifully bright, fresh, and focused, with a nice mix of juicy raspberry, blueberry, red currants, and hints of lovely floral/violet characters throughout. Smooth and opulent on the palate with rich and powerful silky tannins. Great structure overall that culminates in a stylish and harmonious finish.
