2009 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2009 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon showcases aromas of black licorice, vanilla, cloves, cinnamon, black cherry, rich plum and cocoa. This full-bodied wine has deep, wide-ranging flavors of rich mountain blackberries, sarsaparilla, cinnamon spice, cherries and creamy caramel. The palate is velvety and textural with ripe, integrated tannins that expand to a concentrated and balanced mouth-feel. The broad structure and core of black fruits create weight and length that will allow this wine to age gracefully for years to come.

2010 Cabernet Sauvignon
A bouquet or aromas, mixing cassis, violets, red plum and truffles, distinguish the nose of this wine.  There is an incredible sense of purity in the fruit. Complex and elegant with multiple layers of spicy, fresh, rich dark fruit and cassis flavors that fill your palate, this elegant, refined wine builds in the mouth. While still youthful on the palate, with good tannin structure for great aging potential, we suggest you decant this wine for at least 30 minutes before serving.  Will continue to age gracefully for the next 5-10 years.

2011 Cabernet Sauvignon
