2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is rich and full-bodied on the palate, showing lovely aromas of ripe raspberry, cassis, espresso bean, tobacco leaf, cigar box, black licorice, cedar, cumin, and fennel.  As it opens up in the glass, we are met with inviting flavors of dark blueberries and cherries, along with beautiful cinnamon spice and sweet cocoa mix.  A wine with incredible depth and density, along with power and concentration that is balanced with freshness across the finish.

2017 Il Mostro Red Wine
A beautiful expression of plush velvety gracefulness, with black fruit aromas of boysenberry, raspberry, and wild blackberries, intermixed with floral traces and complex minerality. On the palate, the wine is deep, pure and full-bodied with concentrated dense flavors of dark berries and spices that lead to a long, savory, and stylish finish.
