Here we found Grüner Veltliner, an Austrian grape basking in the California sunshine, morning fog, and a Pacific breeze. These cooler factors help develop harmonious flavors and acidity like the wine manifestation of a yin-yang symbol.

Next, we booked it northward, grabbing Greco and Chardonnay from San Benito, Riesling from the Central Coast, and Gewürztraminer from our friends at McCormack Ranch in Solano. The goal? To blend together a crushable white wine that'll leave drinkers licking their lips.

In the glass, marvel at the golden straw hues. Sink your nose in and vibe on the lemon, apple, and white blossom aromas.
