Fuel up your tongue with notes of black pepper, thyme, leather, and figs, all qualities imparted by the 8 months spent in French oak barrels. As it settles in the glass, your taste buds downshift to tart raspberries and plum from the unique acidity created by the Barbera and Bianchetta.  

1 - 2020 Love Is Louder Than Bombs, Red Wine, Amador County 
Deep plum at its core with a cherry rim, this wine exudes dark fruit and resinous herbs from the glass, reminding you of a dense cedar forest on a rainy afternoon. The wine envelopes your palate with notes of blueberry jam, leather, and a touch of charcoal and oregano. It’s a red that sticks with you – and will make an excellent pairing for grilled pork chops with mustard sauce.

1 - 2021 Dynamic Karate Theory, Mixed Blacks, Clements Hills 
With bold and velvety tannins, this inky gem is chock full of dark fruit like fresh blackberries, tangy boysenberries, and dried black cherries. A hint of cinnamon, nutmeg, and sage spars valiantly with the juicy plum bursting out of the glass. This wine is perfect as we head into fall as it wraps around your tastebuds like a cozy sweater on a rainy day. We paired Dynamic Karate Theory with a flat iron steak, crispy fingerling potatoes, grilled tomatoes, and garlic aioli from The Spinster Sisters in Santa Rosa. Let’s just say…the steak and wine were definitely making out. 

1 - 2019 Make Money, Red Wine, Napa Valley
Waves of complex, enticing aromas of ripe raspberry and cherry, vanilla, and floral notes hit you like a first kiss. On the palate, there is a pure expression of fruit and power, with bold flavors of blackberry, black cherry, wrapped around mocha, cinnamon, and cedar.
