2021 Orange-Nat, Pét-Nat Sparkling Skin-Fermented White Wine, Sierra Foothills

Orange-Nat is basically the color of the sherbet shell of a creamsicle. It smells sweet and delicate but packs a powerful punch when you take a sip. More flavor, more fun...obvi. It tastes like orange slice candy with fresh and fruity mango, pineapple, and passion fruit. The bubbles are small and crisp, taking fresh to a new level. It’s giving sparkling orange Tang (for the kid in all of us) with a hint of unripe mandarins. It even has bitterness like a Chinotto (the Italian sparkling citrus soda) and the finish lasts for dayssss.

2018 Pop-Nat Sparkling Barbera Pét-Nat, Sierra Foothills

We picked the grapes from Rubidoux Ridge Vineyard, a family-owned property located at 2000-2100 ft. in the rolling hills of the Fiddletown AVA in Amador County. Though this particular vineyard isn’t that old, the area’s grape growing history can be traced back to the mid-1800s when the population swelled with European settlers chasing the gold rush dream.

Honoring the old-school vibe of the area, we decided to pay homage to the vintage popsicle of yesteryear. The label for this fun summer wine replicates popsicle wrappers from the 1960s and 1970s. Just like that cool popsicle on a hot summer day, this wine is refreshing AF on a hot summer day. Tart raspberries and strawberries hit your palate on the first sip, with tiny bubbles that dance across your palate and make way for a wave of crisp acidity. 

2017 Sparks Fly Sparkling Wine

This blend of Sémillon, Verdelho, and Vermentino hits your nose with scents of graham cracker crust, shortbread, toasted brioche and a dash of honey. Small, mousse-like fizzies pop in your mouth like supermodels walking on clouds.

Find yourself falling in love with this zesty sparkling as white peach, honeysuckle, and orange blossom notes combine into a racy and exciting finish. It's so good, you'll think you're drinking a Grand Cru Champagne.

2019 Truth or Dare California Rosé Sparkling Wine Sierra Foothills 

Oh, Mourvèdre, our beloved Mourvèdre, you are the star of this blend. We source Mourvèdre from the up-and-coming Sierra Foothills region for many reasons, including its ability to lend color, fruit, and structure with only limited skin contact. Beyond that, there's an authentic and rustic quality to this grape that provides abundant flavor and complexity.

On the nose, expect notes of strawberry, rose petals and floral violets. These bubbles are crisp and satisfying with exceptional minerality and a hint of wild strawberry and cherry Jolly Rancher on the palate.
