2019 Cabernet Sauvignon
A hypnotic bouquet of blackberry cobbler, vanilla, dark chocolate, cinnamon spice, and hints of black licorice fill the glass.  The palate is rich and luxuriant with mixed ripe black fruits and barrel spice complimented by rounded lush tannins and a long lingering finish that pleasantly lingers. A complex, full and rich Cabernet that shows incredibly well in its youth, but will also continue to age gracefully and add complexity over the coming years.

2019 Malbec
Our 2019 Malbec opens with decadent notes of blueberry, violets, milk chocolate and baking spice that gracefully transition into a dark core of red currant, pomegranate, and black cherry fruits. The mouthfeel is velvety and lively across the palate with silky integrated tannins and mouthwatering acidity.

2018 IL Mostro Red Wine
A beautiful expression of plush velvety gracefulness, with black fruit aromas of boysenberry, raspberry, and wild blackberries, intermixed with floral traces and complex minerality. On the palate, the wine is deep, pure, and full-bodied with concentrated dense flavors of dark berries and spices that lead to a long, savory, and stylish finish. 

2018 Tyson Red Wine
A nice core of dark red fruits smoothly integrated with aromas of cocoa powder, cinnamon, cedar, and hints of leather. On the palate more cocoa, milk chocolate, dark cherry and boysenberry round out the middle. This wine has wonderful freshness and depth, with a long multilayered finish.
