2015 Tyson
A dark core of fruit wrapped around aromas of chocolate-covered cherries, tobacco, lavender, mocha and black licorice.  Bold and rich with flavors of currant, plum, mineral, anise and sage — many of which are still in their youthful primary stage.  The tannins are firm with structure built for the long haul. This wine will continue to age gracefully for the next 10 years.

2016 Tyson
A bouquet of blueberry and ripe raspberry, coupled with milk chocolate, vanilla, honey graham cracker and white pepper pleasantly fill the glass. Notes of dark-fruit flavors and loads of baking spices complement the intense fruit flavor with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla, cedar and earthy flavors delighting the palate.  Delicate and soft on the entry, but showing great density and concentration on the mid-palate, this wine has tons of depth and focus across the finish yet remains superbly balanced and approachable in its youth.

2017 Tyson
A seductive creamy red with beautiful spice notes that opens with intense dark fig, black currant, cocoa powder, cinnamon, cracked pepper, and nutmeg aromas followed by a core of dark blackberry puree, milk chocolate, and black licorice flavors that mingle with soft juicy tannins on a long expressive finish.  The supple feel of this wine makes it perfect to enjoy now or cellar through 2024.
