2013 UMBRAL RESERVE CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Somewhat tightly wound at first, revealing only clues to its true nature. After an hour of proper decanting, the aromatics become vivid and bright with a complex bounty of anise seed, earth, milk chocolate, hints of caramel, vanilla and cedar that carry through to the palate. This wine continues to please and unfold with brawny flavors of leather and dry spice rub. The key to this wine is the textural intensity, with fine density and an incredible complex mid-palate, followed by impeccable integration and a finish that continues to please for a gracious amount of time.

2014 UMBRAL RESERVE CABERNET SAUVIGNON
