contains one bottle each:
2020 Mermaids & Motorcycles, White Wine, Sierra Foothills
Looking for the perfect wine for your next beach day? Look no further. On the nose, this wine reminds us of wet rocks after a spring rain. The palate is creamy yet bright with those lemon curd and dole-whip vibes with a touch of salinity. We have no doubt this is a bottle you’ll be reaching for time and time again this summer. Whether you are shucking oysters or grilling up your fresh catch of the day, Mermaids & Motorcycles screams for a seafood pairing.
2020 Tokyo Love Hotel, Pét-Nat Sparkling Wine, Clement Hills, Stampede Vineyard
Big mouthwatering aromas of wild cherry and blackberry candy bubble from the glass. In your mouth, it’s got a zangy intensity of flavor with those fresh flavors of blackberry, raspberry woven into small delicate bubbles. It’s like a Lambrusco plus skittles and we love it!
2019 Money Honey, Red Wine, Mendocino County, Fox Hill Vineyard
A bright, elegant wine, this wine is all about layers. At first glance, it's a lighter, elegant wine with notes of tart cherry, tobacco, figs, and brisk acidity from the Sangiovese, but let it linger and wait for the ripe blackberry and blueberry flavors to start sinking into your tongue. Perfectly oaked, with some pretty minerality, this is a wine that can show you a bit of everything.
2018 Fast & Loose, Red Wine, California
New to our cast is Teroldego, an Italian grape that lends some amazingly purple color and spice to this ensemble. To really mix things up, we also have Pinot Gris and Roussanne working undercover to add the perfect amount of acidity. Combined with the other varietals, this wine beams with elegant blackberry, plum, chocolate, a bit of coffee (because, of course), and just the right amount of tannins. We promise you'll want to bring this wine in for questioning.
